Summary:To provide a compact air supply device minimizing inertia moment of the overall wheel including an air supply device as much as possible, and capable of being stored in a limited space within a wheel.SOLUTION: An axis 68 of a first cylinder 61 is disposed near a rotation axis 9 of a wheel 2, and a straight line 7 including a common perpendicular of the axis 68 of the first cylinder 61 and the rotation axis 9 passes through a sliding range 69 of a first piston 71. A second cylinder 62 and a second piston 72 have the same structure as these. Furthermore, the first cylinder 61 and the second cylinder 62 are disposed at positions that are point symmetric with respect to the rotation axis 9.
