To provide a shipment difference management device capable of setting not only stock data update processing but also a shipment difference as a virtual stock when the shipment difference is detected and managing the shipment difference, a shipment difference management method, and a shipment difference management program.SOLUTION: A shipment difference management device: acquires movement good reception schedule data set in association with a good reception schedule storage area, goods, and a shipment quantity when a good is shipped from a warehouse; acquires store movement good reception data set in association with a good receiving store, goods, and store good reception quantity when a good is received in the store; determines whether there is a shipment difference in the good receiving store on the basis of the movement good reception schedule data and the store movement good reception data; and when it is determined that there is a shipment difference in the good receiving store, registers shipment difference stock data set in association with a shipment difference storage area corresponding to the good receiving store, goods, and a shipment difference quantity as the stock quantity on the basis of a storage area master.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】出荷差異が検出された際に、在庫データ更新処理だけではなく、出荷差異を仮想在庫として設定して出荷差異を管理ことができる出荷差異管理装置、出荷差異管理方法、および、出荷差異管理プログラムを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】倉庫出荷時に、入荷予定保管場所、商品、および、出荷数量を紐付けて設定した移動入荷予定データを取得し、店舗入荷時に、入荷店舗、商品、および、店舗入荷数量を紐付けて設定した店舗移動入荷データを取得し、移動入荷予定データ、および、店舗移動入荷データに基づいて、入荷店舗において出荷差異があるか否かを判定し、入荷店舗において出荷差異があると判定された場合、保管場所マスタに基づいて、入荷店舗に対応する出荷差異保管場所、商品、および、在庫数量として出荷差異数量を紐付けて設定した出荷差異在庫データを登録する。【選択図】図１
