To provide a shop customer order management device, a shop customer order management method and a shop customer order management program that can manage the detailed status of articles in stock from a stock storage place to a shop if a customer orders an article which is not in stock at the shop.SOLUTION: A shop customer order management device is configured to: specify stock data including a set allocatable storage place where an article requested by a customer can be allocated based upon the requested article and a purchase request having a requested quantity set; acquire shop customer order data having the requested article, the allocatable storage place, a requesting shop, and a requested quantity linked and set; update the allocatable stock data based upon the shop customer order data; acquire movement data on the requested article from the allocatable storage place to the requesting shop; update the allocatable stock data based upon the movement data; and update the allocatable stock data based upon the quantity of requested articles which are moved from the allocatable storage place and stocked at the requesting shop in such a case.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】店舗にて自店在庫が無く、客注が発生した場合、在庫保管場所から店舗への在庫品の細かいステータスを管理することができる店舗客注管理装置、店舗客注管理方法、および、店舗客注管理プログラムを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】顧客からの依頼商品、および、依頼数量を設定した購入依頼に基づいて、依頼商品を引当可能な引当可能保管場所が設定された在庫データを引当可能在庫データとして特定し、依頼商品、引当可能保管場所、依頼店舗、および、依頼数量を紐付けて設定した店舗客注データを取得し、店舗客注データに基づいて、引当可能在庫データを更新し、引当可能保管場所から依頼店舗へ依頼商品の移動データを取得し、移動データに基づいて、引当可能在庫データを更新し、引当可能保管場所から依頼店舗へ依頼商品が移動入庫された場合、依頼商品の移動入庫数量に基づいて、引当可能在庫データを更新する。【選択図】図１
