To provide a voice processing device which can appropriately perform processing corresponding to voice uttered by a user.SOLUTION: An outside-vehicle environment detection system includes: a voice analysis unit for detecting a predetermined voice command included in voice data based on voice data; and a control signal generation unit for generating a control signal instructing processing which the voice command indicates based on the voice command detected by the voice analysis unit.
