To suppress clogging of a flow channel flowing measurement liquid therein.SOLUTION: A solid-liquid separation device 10 is a device which is used together with a measurement part 80 for measuring liquid quality of measurement liquid in a flow channel 81, and supplies the measurement liquid to the flow channel 81. The solid-liquid separation device 10 includes a solid-liquid separation part (porous member 22 and storage part 30) for performing solid-liquid separation of a separation object in which the measurement liquid is mixed with solid foreign matter. The solid-liquid separation device 10 subjects the separation object to solid-liquid separation, and thereby can remove the solid foreign matter mixed with the measurement liquid. Thereby, flowability of the measurement liquid supplied to the flow channel 81 is enhanced, and the measurement liquid is suppressed from being clogged in the flow channel 81. Therefore, the solid-liquid separation device 10 can suppress clogging of the flow channel 81 flowing the measurement liquid therein.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】測定液が流れる流路を詰まりにくくする。【解決手段】固液分離装置１０は、流路８１内の測定液の液質を測定する測定部８０とともに使用され、流路８１に測定液を供給する装置である。固液分離装置１０は、測定液に固体の異物が混じった分離対象を固液分離する固液分離部（多孔部材２２、貯留部３０）を備える。固液分離装置１０は、分離対象を固液分離することによって、測定液に混じった固体の異物を除去することができる。これにより、流路８１に供給される測定液の流動性が高まり、測定液が流路８１内で詰まりにくくなる。したがって、固液分離装置１０は、測定液が流れる流路８１を詰まりにくくすることができる。【選択図】図１
