To easily perform a performance test of BRU.SOLUTION: A testing device of an embodiment includes receiving parts, a sensor, and a conveyance mechanism. The receiving parts are provided on opposite both side surfaces of an enclosure and is connected to a bill output/input part of a bill handling device. The sensor detects payment of a bill from the connected bill output/input part. The conveyance mechanism is provided between the receiving parts on both the side surfaces, and in a case of detecting payment of a bill from one of the bill output/input parts, conveys the paid bill to the other one of the bill output/input parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】ＢＲＵの動作試験を容易に行う。【解決手段】実施形態の試験装置は、受け部と、センサーと、搬送機構とを備える。受け部は、筐体の相対する両側面に設けられ、紙幣取扱装置の紙幣出入部と接続する。センサーは、接続された紙幣出入部からの紙幣の出金を検出する。搬送機構は、両側面の受け部の間に設けられ、一方の紙幣出入部から紙幣の出金を検出した場合、出金された紙幣を他方の紙幣出入部へ搬送する。【選択図】図４
