Summary:To provide an arc welding device that is configured to secure safety of a worker even when a starting switch is in an ON-state.SOLUTION: A starting switch 25 starts output of a welding power source 10 when the switch is in an ON-state, while stopping the output of the welding power source 10 when the switch is in an OFF-state. When the starting switch 25 is in the ON-state and when a state where current values detected by a current detecting part 14 become equal to or less than a predetermined threshold continues for a predetermined time, the control part 20 controls operation of the welding power source 10 so that output of the welding power source 10 is stopped after the predetermined time elapses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】起動スイッチがオン状態のときであっても、作業者の安全を確保できるようにする。【解決手段】起動スイッチ25は、オン状態のときに溶接電源10の出力を開始する一方、オフ状態のときに溶接電源10の出力を停止する。制御部20は、起動スイッチ25がオン状態で、且つ電流検出部14で検出された電流値が所定の閾値以下となる状態が所定時間継続した場合に、所定時間の経過後に溶接電源10の出力を停止するように、溶接電源10の動作を制御する。【選択図】図4
