The heat exchanger comprises a resin sheet with a heat medium channel and a cover sheet. The cover sheet is constituted to satisfy either (1) or (2): (1) it comprises, in order from the resin sheet side, a heat-sealable polymer layer and a heat transfer layer, with the heat-sealable polymer layer provided in a portion of the heat transfer layer; and (2) it comprises, in order from the resin sheet side, a heat transfer layer and a heat-resistant resin layer, with the heat-resistant resin layer provided in a portion of the heat transfer layer.
