To provide a sanitary napkin that enhances effect of a functional material in a short time after wearing while securing softness of the whole product.SOLUTION: A sanitary napkin (1) includes: a liquid-absorptive absorbent core (2); a skin-side sheet (3) disposed on a skin side from the absorbent core (2) in a thickness direction; and a non-skin-side sheet (4) disposed on a non-skin side from the absorbent core (2) in the thickness direction. The sanitary napkin includes: a low radiation rate sheet (10) having a radiation rate that is lower than that of the non-skin-side sheet (4) and positioned between the skin-side sheet (3) and the non-skin-side sheet (4); and a functional material (50) provided on a skin side from the low radiation rate sheet (10) in the thickness direction, where an outer end (10e) of the low radiation rate sheet (10) is positioned on an inside from an outer end (1e) of the sanitary napkin (1) in a width direction and there is a portion where the low radiation rate sheet (10) overlaps on the functional material (50) when being viewed in a thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】製品全体の柔らかさを担保しつつ、装着後から短時間で機能材の効果を高める生理用ナプキンを提供することにある。【解決手段】液吸収性の吸収性コア（２）と、厚さ方向において吸収性コア（２）よりも肌側に配置された肌側シート（３）と、厚さ方向において吸収性コア（２）よりも非肌側に配置された非肌側シート（４）とを有する生理用ナプキン（１）であって、肌側シート（３）と非肌側シート（４）との間に、非肌側シート（４）よりも放射率が低い低放射率シート（１０）を有し、厚さ方向において低放射率シート（１０）よりも肌側に機能材（５０）が設けられており、幅方向において、低放射率シート（１０）の外端（１０ｅ）は、生理用ナプキン（１）の外端（１ｅ）よりも内側に位置しており、厚さ方向に見たときに、低放射率シート（１０）と機能材（５０）とが重複する部分を有する。【選択図】図１
