Summary:To provide a communication device capable of stably outputting to an external server an output signal obtained from an external apparatus, a communication system including the same, a communication method, and a communication program.SOLUTION: A communication device 10 includes: a control unit 11b; a first communication unit 11; a second communication unit 12; and a communication control unit 11da. The control unit 11b obtains an output signal from each of sensors 21a to 21d. The first communication unit 11 and the second communication unit 12 transmit to a cloud server 31 the output signal obtained by the control unit 11b. The communication control unit 11da performs control so that when field intensity of the signal transmitted from the first communication unit 11 to the cloud server 31 is higher than a predetermined threshold, communication with the cloud server 31 is performed using the first communication unit 11, and when the field intensity is equal to or lower than the predetermined threshold, switching from communication using the first communication unit 11 to communication using the second communication unit 12 is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】外部機器から取得した出力信号を安定的に外部サーバへ信号を出力することが可能な通信装置およびこれを備えた通信システム、通信方法、通信プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】通信装置10は、制御部11bと、第1通信部11および第2通信部12と、通信制御部11daと、を備える。制御部11bは、センサ21a~21dから出力信号を取得する。第1通信部11および第2通信部12は、制御部11bにおいて取得された出力信号を、クラウドサーバ31へ送信する。通信制御部11daは、第1通信部11からクラウドサーバ31へ送信された信号の電波強度が所定の閾値よりも大きい場合には、そのまま第1通信部11を用いてクラウドサーバ31との通信を行い、電波強度が所定の閾値以下である場合には、第1通信部11を用いた通信から第2通信部12を用いた通信に切り替えるように制御する。【選択図】図1
