Summary: | To provide a seaweed recycling system that can appropriately sort seaweed according to usage, and is capable of efficiently recycling seaweed.SOLUTION: A seaweed recycling system according to an aspect of this disclosure comprises: an alginic acid extractor which extracts alginic acid from a first group of seaweed collected from the sea; and a fermentation device which ferments a second group of seaweed by yeast. The system further comprises: a seaweed component measuring device which measures alginic acid concentration in seaweed; and a sorting device which sorts seaweed on the basis of alginic acid concentration measured by the seaweed component measuring device. 【課題】用途に応じて海藻を適切に振り分けられ、海藻を効率良く資源化可能な海藻資源化システムを提供する。【解決手段】本開示の一態様に係る海藻資源化システムは、海中から採取した海藻の第1グループからアルギン酸を抽出するアルギン酸抽出装置と、海藻の第2グループを酵母によって発酵させる発酵装置と、を備えた海藻資源化システムである。海藻におけるアルギン酸濃度を測定する海藻成分測定装置と、海藻成分測定装置によって測定されたアルギン酸濃度に基づいて、海藻を振り分ける振分装置と、をさらに備える。振分装置は、アルギン酸濃度が所定の第1の基準値を超えた海藻のみを、第1グループに振り分ける。【選択図】図1 |
