To provide a case that can be preferably disposed in a storage pocket of a refrigerator, and to provide a refrigerator including such a case.SOLUTION: A case 100 includes: a box-shaped storage part 110 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape; and a fitting part 120 provided in one side of an upper end of the box-shaped storage part 110 and having a folding structure. In the box-shaped storage part 110, a first side surface part 110a including the one side provided with the fitting part 120 is inclined in an outer direction upward from a bottom surface side at an inclination angle that is larger than that of a second side surface part 110b facing the first side surface part 110a.
