To provide an induction heating cooker and a heating cooking system that, in a case where a user cooks using a cooking recipe, can automatically reproduce a cooking recipe regardless of the state of the induction heating cooker or the kind of objects to be heated.SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker includes a heating coil, an inverter substrate, a power detection device that detects actual input power, a current detection device that detects current flowing in a power element, and a control device. A cooking recipe determines a designated power expressing the power to be input to an object to be heated, and a designated heating time expressing the time required for heat-cooking when the designated power is input to the object to be heated. The control device controls the inverter substrate so that the designated power according to the cooking recipe is input to the object to be heated, in a case where the value of current is more than or equal to a predetermined threshold, controls the inverter substrate so that the actual input power is limited to be lower than the designated power, and determines the actual heating time by changing the designated heating time on the basis of a comparison result of the designated power and the actual input power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】ユーザが調理レシピを用いて調理を行う場合に、誘導加熱調理器の状態及び被加熱物の種類によらず、調理レシピを自動的に再現することを可能とする誘導加熱調理器及び加熱調理システムを提供する。【解決手段】誘導加熱調理器は、加熱コイルと、インバータ基板と、実投入電力を検出する電力検出装置と、パワー素子に流れる電流を検出する電流検出装置と、制御装置と、を備え、調理レシピは、被加熱物に投入する電力を示す指定電力と、指定電力を被加熱物に投入した場合に加熱調理に要する時間を示す指定加熱時間と、を定め、制御装置は、調理レシピの指定電力を被加熱物に投入するようにインバータ基板を制御し、電流の値が予め設定された閾値以上の場合、実投入電力が指定電力よりも低く制限されるようにインバータ基板を制御し、指定電力と実投入電力との比較結果に基づいて指定加熱時間を変更して、実加熱時間を決定する。【選択図】図５
