To provide a prize putout device and an error determination method of the prize putout device capable of precisely determining occurrence of a delivery error without adding another configuration.SOLUTION: A prize putout device includes: a storage unit storing a prize; a delivery unit delivering a prize from the storage unit; a delivery detection unit detecting a prize delivered by the delivery unit; and a counting unit counting the number of prizes stored in the storage unit by using a count detection unit different from the delivery detection unit.
