To prevent the risk that a wrong piece of information may be transmitted to a vehicle, a pedestrian and the like on the outside, by turning on a vehicular back lamp.SOLUTION: A back lamp comprises a light-emitting semiconductor element having a light-emitting part, and a control unit that performs control so that the light-emitting part can emit light when a light-emitting semiconductor is energized for a preset period of time or longer. Preferably, the preset period of time is set to be 0.5-2 seconds. Thus, the back lamp is not turned on even when a gearshift lever is put into park (P) from drive (D) or put into the drive (D) from the park (P) in an opposite manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】車両のバックランプの点灯により、外部の車両や歩行者などに対し、誤った情報が伝達されるおそれを防ぐ。【解決手段】バックランプに、発光部を有する発光半導体素子と、事前に設定された時間以上、発光半導体に通電されたときに発光部が発光するよう制御する制御装置と、を備える。事前に設定された時間は、０．５秒以上、２秒以下とすることが好ましい。これにより、ドライブ（Ｄ）からパーキング（Ｐ）に、また、逆にパーキング（Ｐ）からドライブ（Ｄ）に移動させても、バックランプが点灯することはない。【選択図】図１
