Summary: | To reduce variation in electrostatic capacitance between two varistors.SOLUTION: A first internal electrode 31 includes a pair of first connection parts 311 extending along a first direction from a first end surface 11 and connected to a first external electrode 21, and a first counter part 312 provided between the pair of first connection parts 311. A second external electrode 32 includes a pair of second connection parts 321 extending along the first direction from a second end surface 12 and connected to a second external electrode 22, and a second counter part 322 provided between the pair of second connection parts 321. A third internal electrode 33 includes a third counter part 332 disposed along the first direction. The third counter part 332 overlaps with a part of the first counter part 312 and a part of the second counter part 322 in a third direction. A first end 332A of the third counter part 332 in the first direction exists between the pair of first connection parts 311.
