Summary:To obtain a vehicle side part structure which can inhibit a lower hinge of a slide door from interfering with a battery stack housed in a battery case during a side collision of a vehicle even if the lower hinge is disposed at an outer side in a vehicle width direction of the battery case in a front view.SOLUTION: A vehicle side part structure 10 includes: a battery case 70 which is disposed at a vehicle lower side of a floor panel of a vehicle 12, houses a battery stack 80 therein, and has a partition member 78 extending in a vehicle width direction; and a lower hinge 30 which is provided at a lower part of a slide door 20 configured to open or close a side part of the vehicle 12 and supports the slide door 20 slidably in a vehicle longitudinal direction, and in which at least an inner end 40A in the vehicle width direction is disposed at an outer side in the vehicle width direction of the battery case 70 in a front view in a closed state of the slide door 20. In the closed state of the slide door 20, the inner end 40A in the vehicle width direction of the lower hinge 30 is disposed at the same position as an outer end 78A in the vehicle width direction of the partition member 78 in the vehicle longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】スライドドアのロアヒンジが、正面視でバッテリケースの車幅方向外側に配置されていても、車両の側面衝突時に、そのロアヒンジがバッテリケースの内部に収容されている電池スタックに干渉するのを抑制できる車両側部構造を得る。【解決手段】車両12のフロアパネルの車両下方側に配置され、内部に電池スタック80を収容するとともに車幅方向に延在する仕切部材78を有するバッテリケース70と、車両12の側部を開閉するスライドドア20の下部に設けられ、スライドドア20を車両前後方向にスライド可能に支持するとともに、スライドドア20の閉状態で、少なくとも車幅方向内側端部40Aが、正面視でバッテリケース70の車幅方向外側に配置されるロアヒンジ30と、を備えた車両側部構造10であって、スライドドア20の閉状態で、ロアヒンジ30の車幅方向内側端部40Aを仕切部材78の車幅方向外側端部78Aと車両前後方向において同位置に配置する。【選択図】図4
