To provide a knife configured so that a blade member stored between a first grip and a second grip can be suppressed from being exposed unintentionally from a space between the first grip and the second grip.SOLUTION: A knife 1 comprises a blade member 2, a first shaft member 3, a second shaft member 4, a first grip 5, a second grip 6 and a friction member 7. The blade member 2 has a cutting blade 2a, and a back part 2c at the opposite side of a cutting blade 2b. The first grip 5 can store the cutting blade 2b and can turn with respect to the blade member 2 with the first shaft member 3 as a shaft center. The second grip 6 can store the back part 2c and can turn with respect to the blade member 2 with the second shaft member 4 as a shaft center. The friction member 7 is arranged between the first grip 5 and the blade member 2. The friction member 7 frictionally contacts at least either of the first grip 5 and the blade member 2 to restrict the first grip 5 from turning with respect to the blade member 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】第１グリップと第２グリップの間に収納された刃部材が第１グリップと第２グリップの間から意図せずに露出することを抑制できるナイフの提供。【解決手段】ナイフ１は、刃部材２と、第１軸部材３と、第２軸部材４と、第１グリップ５と、第２グリップ６と、摩擦部材７とを備える。刃部材２は、切り刃２ａと、切り刃２ｂと反対側の背部２ｃとを有する。第１グリップ５は、切り刃２ｂを収納可能であり、第１軸部材３を軸心として刃部材２に対して回動可能である。第２グリップ６は、背部２ｃを収納可能であり、第２軸部材４を軸心として刃部材２に対して回動可能である。摩擦部材７は、第１グリップ５と刃部材２との間に配置される。摩擦部材７は、第１グリップ５及び刃部材２の少なくとも一方に摩擦接触して第１グリップ５が刃部材２に対して回動することを規制する。【選択図】図３
