Summary:To provide a technology which enables reduction of the number of components of a planetary gear mechanism to achieve simplification of the planetary gear mechanism.SOLUTION: A planetary gear mechanism 10 includes: a first ring gear 11 and a second ring gear 12; a planetary gear 2; and a carrier 3 and these may rotate around a first axis X1 relative to each other. The number of teeth of the first ring gear 11 is different from the number of teeth of the second ring gear 12. The planetary gear 2 includes: first gear parts 21 configured to mesh with the first ring gear 11; and second gear parts 22 configured to mesh with the second ring gear 12. The first gear part 21 and the second gear part 22 are supported on a planetary shaft 4 disposed on a second axis X2 so as to rotate around the second axis X2 integrally. The carrier 3 includes a shaft support part 31 supporting the planetary shaft 4.
