An in-space temperature/humidity acquisition unit 102 acquires an in-space temperature which is a temperature in a predetermined space and in-space humidity which is humidity in a predetermined space. A weather information acquisition unit 104 acquires outdoor weather information in a region where a predetermined space exists.
