To provide an equipment stand unit and its joint structure which are easy to transport and install, do not bend even when heavy equipment is placed on them after being erected on the base of a building structure, and can fully withstand the weight of the equipment even when a plurality of units are joined between adjacent bases.SOLUTION: An equipment stand unit that is installed between bases 7 of a building structure 6 and on which equipment 8 is placed, includes a pair of beams 2 arranged approximately parallel to each other at a predetermined interval, and a small beam 4 installed between the pair of beams. The beam is a steel material having a web 21 and a flange 22.
