Summary:To provide an illumination control system which improves visibility for a user.SOLUTION: An illumination control system comprises: a movable illumination device which irradiates an irradiated surface located at a destination of an eye line of a user with first image light indicating a symbol, a character or a pattern; and a control section. The illumination control system acquires a first image, which is formed from the first image light and background light in a state where the first image light is radiated, and a second image which is formed from the background light in a state where the first image light is not radiated. The control section performs image processing so as to form, between a first image region corresponding to the first image light and a second image region formed around the first image region, a separate region which separates the regions so as to overlap a part of the first image region and the second image region, and irradiates the irradiated surface with the first image light in such a manner that light intensity of the first image region becomes greater than light intensity of the second image region while excluding the separate region from computation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ユーザにとっての視認性を高める照明制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】照明制御システムは、記号、文字、又はパターンを示す第1の画像光をユーザの目線の先となる被照射面に照射する移動可能な移動可能照明装置と、制御部を有し、第1の画像光が照射された状態で第1の画像光と背景光によって形成された第1の画像と、第1の画像光が照射されていない状態で、背景光によって形成された第2の画像とを取得する。制御部は、第1の画像光に対応する第1の画像領域と第1の画像領域の周囲に形成される第2の画像領域との間に第1の画像領域と第2の画像領域の一部に重複するように分離する分離領域が形成されるように画像処理を行い、分離領域を計算から除外して、第1の画像領域の光強度が、第2の画像領域より光強度が大きくなるように、第1の画像光を被照射面に照射する。【選択図】図1
