Summary:To provide a digital broadcast receiver that can execute a higher value-added function.SOLUTION: A broadcast reception device 40100 comprises: a broadcast reception unit that can receive broadcast data of a broadcast program content and location information, in which reference destination acquiring data associated with the broadcast data is written, from a broadcast transmission path; a communication unit that can receive communication data of a program content from a reference destination written in the location information through a communication line; a recording reproduction unit that can record and reproduce the broadcast data of the broadcast program content received by the broadcast reception unit; an output unit that outputs the broadcast data of the broadcast program content reproduced from the recording reproduction unit to an external device; and a server function unit that has a server function for the external device.
