To provide a method and apparatus for producing a fiber sheet, capable of forming the fiber sheet well by precisely depositing fibers at a desired position on a base material layer while producing the fibers by an electrospinning method.SOLUTION: The method for producing a fiber sheet in which a raw material liquid is discharged from a nozzle and fibers produced from the raw material liquid are deposited on a base material layer by an electrospinning method, includes arranging the substrate layer while spaced apart from the nozzle, placing a counter electrode on a surface of the substrate layer opposite to the nozzle, and applying voltage to make the nozzle and the counter electrode have different polarity from each other to form an electric field between the nozzle and the counter electrode, for a spinning step of spinning the raw material liquid discharged from the nozzle as a fiber in the electric field. In the spinning step, the counter electrode has, on a side of the substrate layer, a top part including a flat part in contact with the substrate layer and a portion configured to have no corners in an outward direction of the flat part in a planar direction. In the spinning step, the flat part and the substrate layer are brought into contact with each other to generate a potential difference between the nozzle and the flat part, and the spun fibers are deposited on an area of the substrate layer that has been brought into contact with the flat part.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】電界紡糸法によって繊維を生成させながら基材層上の所望の位置に精度良く堆積させて良好に繊維シートを形成することができる、繊維シートの製造方法及び製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】ノズルから原料液を吐出させ、電界紡糸法により前記原料液から生じた繊維を基材層に堆積させる繊維シートの製造方法であって、前記ノズルと離間して配置した前記基材層に対して、該基材層の前記ノズルとは反対側の面に対向電極を配し、電圧の印加によって前記ノズル及び前記対向電極の互いの極性を異ならせ、前記ノズルと前記対向電極との間に電界を形成し、該電界にて、前記ノズルから吐出する前記原料液を繊維として紡糸する紡糸工程を行うに当たり、前記対向電極を、前記基材層側に、前記基材層に接する平坦部と、該平坦部の平面方向外方に、角部を有さないように構成された部分とを備えた頂部を有するものとし、前記紡糸工程において、前記平坦部と前記基材層とを当接させた状態にして前記ノズルと前記平坦部との間に電位差を発生させ、前記基材層の前記当接させた領域に前記紡糸した繊維を堆積させる、繊維シートの製造方法。【選択図】なし
