In this state, transparent UV curable ink is applied on the surface, and the UV curable ink is cured with a UV lump. This allows a transparent layer 7 to be formed on the chalk powder. 【課題】にじみが少なく、木材の素地の質感や色が大きく変わらない印刷をおこなう。【解決手段】卒塔婆用の板材3を準備し、表面3aにチョークを固定のまま、こすりつけることにより、へこんだ領域にチョーク粉5が入り込むように塗布する。この状態で、表面に透明のUV硬化インクを塗布するとともに、UVランプにて、このUV硬化インクを硬化させる。これにより、チョークの粉の上に透明の層7が形成される。硬化させた層7の上に、インクジェットプリンタにて、文字9を印刷する。【選択図】図2 |
