To provide a percutaneous absorption promoting device which can be easily handled.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment of the present invention, a percutaneous absorption device for promoting percutaneous absorption of an externally-applied agent includes a first oscillation part, a second oscillation part, and a contact part. The first oscillation part is configured to propagate an acoustic wave or an ultrasonic wave of a first frequency in a first direction. The second oscillation part is configured to propagate an ultrasonic wave of a second frequency higher than the first frequency in a second direction.
