Summary: | To provide an Al-Mg-Si based aluminum alloy sheet having excellent surface properties and formability even when the temperature increase rate or heating temperature during intermediate annealing is lowered.SOLUTION: There is provided an Al-Mg-Si based aluminum alloy sheet comprising 0.50 mass% or more and 1.60 mass% or less of Si, 0.25 mass% or more and 1.00 mass% or less of Mg, 0.05 mass% or more and 0.50 mass% or less of Fe, 0.01 mass% or more and 0.30 mass% or less of Mn, 0.001 mass% or more and 0.30 mass% or less of Cu and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, wherein when the Si content is represented as [Si] by mass% and the Mg content is represented as [Mg] by mass%, [Mg]/[Si] is more than 0.50, the area ratio of the Cube orientation is 9% or less and further, when the surface is observed, the number density of the compounds having an equivalent diameter of 1.5 μm or more is 1000 pieces/mm2 or more and 10000 pieces/mm2 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】中間焼鈍時の昇温速度や加熱温度を低くした場合であっても、優れた表面性状及び成形性を得ることができるAl-Mg-Si系アルミニウム合金板を提供する。【解決手段】Al-Mg-Si系アルミニウム合金板は、Si:0.50質量%以上1.60質量%以下、Mg:0.25質量%以上1.00質量%以下、Fe:0.05質量%以上0.50質量%以下、Mn:0.01質量%以上0.30質量%以下、Cu:0.001質量%以上0.30質量%以下、を含有し、残部がAl及び不可避的不純物からなり、Si含有量を質量%で[Si]と表し、前記Mg含有量を質量%で[Mg]と表す場合に、[Mg]/[Si]が0.50超であり、Cube方位の面積率が9%以下であり、更に、表面を観察した場合に、円相当径が1.5μm以上である化合物の数密度が1000個/mm2以上10000個/mm2以下である。【選択図】なし |
