Summary: | To provide a seaweed recycling system which can effectively utilize waste water.SOLUTION: A seaweed recycling system includes: an alginic acid production apparatus for performing treatment of cleaning seaweed, treatment for extracting an aqueous solution containing an alginic acid component from the cleaned seaweed, treatment for diluting the extracted aqueous solution, treatment for separating the diluted aqueous solution from the seaweed, treatment for solidifying and precipitating an alginic acid from the aqueous solution separated from the seaweed, and treatment for dehydrating the precipitated alginic acid; a water purifier for subjecting waste water generated by dehydration treatment to purification treatment; a fresh water production apparatus for producing fresh water from at least any one of sea water and waste water purified by the water purifier; a hydrogen production apparatus for producing hydrogen from at least any one of sea water, fresh water produced by the fresh water production apparatus, and waste water purified by the water purifier; and a control device for supplying the waste water purified by the water purifier to any one of the fresh water production apparatus, the hydrogen production apparatus and the alginic acid production apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】廃水の有効利用が可能な海藻資源化システムを提供すること。【解決手段】本開示に係る海藻資源化システムは、海藻を洗浄する処理と、洗浄した海藻からアルギン酸成分を含む水溶液を抽出する処理と、抽出した水溶液を希釈する処理と、希釈した水溶液を海藻から分離させる処理と、海藻から分離した水溶液からアルギン酸を凝固析出させる処理と、析出したアルギン酸を脱水させる処理と、を行うアルギン酸製造装置と、脱水処理により発生した廃水に対して浄化処理を行う浄水装置と、海水及び浄水装置により浄化された廃水の少なくとも何れかから淡水を製造する淡水製造装置と、海水、淡水製造装置により製造された淡水、及び、浄水装置により浄化された廃水、の少なくとも何れかから、水素を製造する水素製造装置と、浄水装置により浄化された廃水を、淡水製造装置、水素製造装置、及び、アルギン酸製造装置の何れかに供給する制御装置と、を備える。【選択図】図1 |
