To realize a finger movement support device which is easily introduced, has an effective function of recovering a finger motion function, and is easily used.SOLUTION: A finger movement support device 10 includes: a base part 11 to be an installation criterion; a hand base 21 installed above the base part 11 via a linear motion guide member 30 so as to be movable in a front and rear direction with respect to the base part 11; and handle parts 41 provided as rotatable shaft-like members extending in a right and left direction in nearly parallel with an upper side of the base part 11 and also arranged at a front side position of the hand base 21. The hand base 21 includes a drive gear 24. The handle parts 41 include a follower gear 44 to be engaged with the drive gear 24. When a user puts both hands on the hand base 21 to move the hand base 21 in the front and rear direction of the base part 11, the follower gear 44 to be engaged with the drive gear 24 is rotated. Thus, the handle parts 41 are rotated in response to the front and rear directional movement of the hand base 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】導入が容易であり、手指の動作機能を回復するための有効な機能を備え、簡易に使用できる手指運動支援装置を実現する。【解決手段】手指運動支援装置１０は、設置基準となるベース部１１と、ベース部１１の上方に直動案内部材３０を介して設置されることで、ベース部１１に対して前後方向に移動可能な掌台２１と、ベース部１１の上方に対して略平行で左右方向に延びる回転自在な軸状部材として設けられるとともに、掌台２１の前方位置に配置されるハンドル部４１と、を備える。掌台２１は、駆動ギア２４を備え、ハンドル部４１は、駆動ギア２４に噛み合う従動ギア４４を備え、使用者が掌台２１に両手を載せて掌台２１をベース部１１の前後方向に向けて移動させたときに、駆動ギア２４に噛み合う従動ギア４４が回転することで、ハンドル部４１は掌台２１の前後方向の移動に応じて回転する。【選択図】図１
