Summary: | To ensure safety of a vehicle even when there occur abnormality of a driver and abnormality of an electric parking brake device.SOLUTION: A control device 100 comprises: a recognition part 110 for recognizing a peripheral situation of an own vehicle; a driving control part 120 for controlling acceleration or deceleration and steering of the own vehicle on the basis of a recognition result of the recognition part 110; a driver abnormality detection part 130 for detecting abnormality of a driver of the own vehicle; and a vehicle abnormality detection part 140 for detecting abnormality of an electric parking brake device 230. The driving control part 120, if abnormality of the driver is detected during traveling of the own vehicle, decelerates the own vehicle to a predetermined speed greater than zero by braking by a brake device 210, and the driving control part, if abnormality of the electric parking brake device 230 is detected before the own vehicle is decelerated to the predetermined speed or when the own vehicle is decelerated to the predetermined speed, makes the own vehicle travel along a travel road during traveling after the own vehicle is decelerated to the predetermined speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】運転者の異常及び電動パーキングブレーキ装置の異常が発生した場合にも、車両の安全性を確保すること。【解決手段】制御装置100は、自車両の周辺状況を認識する認識部110と、認識部110の認識結果に基づいて、自車両の加減速及び操舵を制御する運転制御部120と、自車両の運転者の異常を検知する運転者異常検知部130と、電動パーキングブレーキ装置230の異常を検知する車両異常検知部140と、を備える。運転制御部120は、自車両の走行中に運転者の異常が検知されると、ブレーキ装置210による制動により自車両をゼロよりも大きい所定速度まで減速させ、自車両が所定速度まで減速される前に、又は自車両が所定速度まで減速された際に、電動パーキングブレーキ装置230の異常が検知されていると、自車両を所定速度まで減速させた後、自車両を走行中の走行路に沿って走行させる。【選択図】図1 |
