Summary: | To achieve a good hull behavior at the time of operation start of a translation operator for commanding translation movement of a hull.SOLUTION: A ship propulsion system 100 includes: a bow thruster BT provided on a bow; two outboard motors OM provided on a stern; a joy stick 8; and a main controller 50. The main controller controls the bow thruster and the outboard motors OM, controls steering angles so that propulsion power action lines of the two outboard motors cross each other in the hull in a joy stick mode, and performs forward movement operation on one of the two outboard motors and backward movement operation on the other thereof. The main controller does not generate the propulsion power of the bow thruster and the outboard motors, and sets the steering angles of the two outboard motors as translation stand-by steering angles, in a stand-by state where there is no operation input of the joy stick. The main controller starts occurrence of the propulsion power from the bow thruster and the two outboard motors in response to the operation input of the joy stick, and changes the steering angles of the two outboard motors from the translation stand-by steering angles to translation steering angles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】船体の並進移動を指令する並進操作子の操作開始時の良好な船体挙動を実現する。【解決手段】船舶推進システム100は、船首に備えられるバウスラスタBTと、船尾に備えられる2機の船外機OMと、ジョイスティック8と、メインコントローラ50とを含む。メインコントローラは、バウスラスタおよび船外機OMを制御し、ジョイスティックモードにおいて、2機の船外機の推進力作用線が船体内で交差するように転舵角を制御し、かつ2機の船外機の一方を前進運転し他方を後進運転する。メインコントローラは、ジョイスティックの操作入力のない待機状態では、バウスラスタおよび船外機の推進力を発生せず、2機の船外機の転舵角を並進待機舵角とする。メインコントローラは、ジョイスティックの操作入力に応答して、バウスラスタおよび2機の船外機から推進力の発生を開始させ、かつ2機の船外機の転舵角を並進待機舵角から並進舵角へと変化させる。【選択図】図2 |
