To provide a power source system in which voltages in a battery assembly can be uniformized to a desired reference voltage while operation of the power source system is continued.SOLUTION: A power source system P is formed of a plurality of battery units Bu that are arranged in parallel. Each of the battery units Bu includes a battery pack 1 and a converter 2.
