To provide clothing having cup parts, in which a back fabric is fixed in a proper position, which is stable and does not slip and provides comfort and stability when worn by deforming clothing to follow a body shape of a wearer.SOLUTION: A resin sheet being a material which exhibits flexibility and can be deformed near a human body temperature is attached to sides of cup parts of a back part in a vertical direction of an area including at least a middle armpit line when worn. The resin sheet is fixed to an outer frame formed of a cup side frame part, a side frame part and a lower side frame part. At least in a portion other than the outer frame, the resin sheet is free from the back part, an elongation rate under a load of 14.7 N(1.50 kgf) in an extensibility test is within a range of 15% or more and 25% or less for the cup side frame part, 5% or more and 15% or less for the side frame part, and 75% or more and 85% or less for the lower side frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】着用者の身体形状に沿うように変形することで、バック布が適切な位置に固定され、ずれにくく安定するとともに、着用時の心地よさや安定感を実現することが可能なカップ部を有する衣類を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】バック部のカップ部脇部分には、少なくとも着用時の中腋窩線を含む領域の上下方向にわたって、人体の体温付近で柔軟性を発現して変形可能な、素材である樹脂シートが取り付けられており、樹脂シートは、カップ側枠部、脇側枠部および下辺側枠部からなる外枠に固着され、少なくとも前記外枠以外の部分において、樹脂シートはバック部から遊離しており、伸長性試験における荷重１４．７Ｎ（１．５０ｋｇｆ）の伸び率が、カップ側枠部は１５％以上２５％以下、脇側枠部は５％以上１５％以下、下辺側枠部７５％以上８５％以下の範囲内にあることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
