Summary:To improve a yield when a pulverizing roller and a pulverizing table are manufactured, and extend lives of the pulverizing roller and the pulverizing table.SOLUTION: A pulverizing roller 13 includes a journal housing 43 rotatably supported on a housing, and an annular roller part 49 which is fixed to the journal housing 43, and pulverizes a solid fuel between a pulverizing table and the roller part 49. The roller part 49 has a base part 51 fixed to the journal housing, and a ceramic part 52 which is provided on the outer peripheral part of the base part 51, has a coefficient of linear expansion different from that of the base part 51 and is more excellent in abrasion resistance than that of the base part 51.
