Summary:To provide a molding which enables mass production while using a limited amount of an impact-resistant resin composition and a method for manufacturing the same, and a recycling method.SOLUTION: A molding 1 has a non-foamed design layer 11, a foamed intermediate layer 12, and a non-foamed rear face layer 13 laminated in this order, wherein each of the layers is formed of a first resin composition, a second resin composition and a third resin composition which contain polyolefin as a main component, the first resin composition is an impact-resistant resin composition containing polyolefin, polyamide, and a polyolefin-based modified elastomer having a reactive group to polyamide. A method for manufacturing a molding includes: an arrangement step of arranging a first support layer as a design layer and a third support layer as a rear face layer so as to face each other at an interval; an interposing step of interposing the second resin composition to which foamability is imparted in a gap between the first support layer and the third support layer; and an intermediate layer formation step of expanding the interval and forming an intermediate layer while foaming the second resin composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】限られた量の耐衝撃性樹脂組成物を用いながら量産できる成形体及び製造方法並びにリサイクル方法を提供する。【解決手段】成形体1は、非発泡の意匠層11、発泡された中間層12、非発泡の裏面層13を、この順に積層して備え、各層はポリオレフィンを主成分とする、第1樹脂組成物、第2樹脂組成物及び第3樹脂組成物から形成され、第1樹脂組成物は、ポリオレフィンと、ポリアミドと、ポリアミドに対する反応性基を有するポリオレフィン系変性エラストマーと、を含んだ耐衝撃性樹脂組成物である。成形体の製造方法は、意匠層となる第1支持層と裏面層となる第3支持層とを離間して対向配置する配置工程と、第1支持層と第3支持層との間隙に発泡性を付与した第2樹脂組成物を介在させる介在工程と、第2樹脂組成物を発泡させながら、間隙を拡張して中間層を形成する中間層形成工程と、を備える。【選択図】図1
