To provide an electric driving device and an electric power steering device, each being capable of keeping an enough waterproofness even under high water pressure.SOLUTION: An electric driving device comprises: a motor; and an electronic control device that controls a rotation of the motor. The electronic control device includes: a circuit board; a second housing; a metal lid that covers the second housing; and a sealing member. The lid includes: a first surface on an opposite load side; a back surface that is a side opposite to the first surface and is on a load side; and a sealing support portion that is projected in an annular shape on an opposite load side from the back surface, and is inserted into the inside of the second housing. The sealing support portion includes: a support portion that is opposite to an internal wall of the second housing; a distal end portion that is on the load side from the support portion, and includes an inclined surface having an outer periphery that becomes larger as directed to the opposite load side from the load side an outer side; and an annular groove portion in which a part of the outer periphery dents between the base portion and the distal end portion.
