To provide a chair with a configuration in which a second member configured to be rotatable to a first member can be preferably assembled even when an urging member is needed between the first member and the second member.SOLUTION: An upper frame p2 of a back support part D is configured to be rotatable around a shaft J so as to take an assembly posture (T) in which a coil spring V can be attached between the upper frame p2 and a lower frame p1 and a normal posture (U) which is different from the assembly posture (T).
