Summary: | To provide a biological particles concentrator, and a micro-droplet generator thereof.SOLUTION: A micro-droplet generator comprises: a container; a hollow needle communicating to the container; a first piezoelectric member arranged in the container; and a second piezoelectric member arranged in the hollow needle. The container is used for housing a liquid specimen including a plurality of biological particles. the container communicates with the hollow needle, and the inner diameter of the container is 5 to 30 times the inner diameter of the hollow needle. The first piezoelectric member is arranged annularly on a surrounding sidewall of the container, and the first piezoelectric member, by oscillating the container, moves the plurality of biological particles in the container so as to separate from the direction of the surrounding sidewall. By squeezing the hollow needle by the second piezoelectric member, the liquid specimen is allowed to flow to the outside to form micro-droplets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
【課題】本発明は、生体粒子濃縮装置及びその微小液滴生成装置を提供する。【解決手段】前記微小液滴生成装置は、容器と、前記容器に連通する中空針と、前記容器に配置された第1の圧電部材と、前記中空針に配置された第2の圧電部材と、を備える。前記容器は、複数個の生体粒子を含む液体検体を収容することとして用いられる。前記容器は前記中空針にお互いに連通すると共に、前記容器の内径は、前記中空針の内径の5倍~30倍である。前記第1の圧電部材は、前記容器の包囲側壁に環状に配置され、前記第1の圧電部材は、前記容器を振動することによって、前記容器における複数個の前記生体粒子を前記包囲側壁の方向から離れるように移動させる。前記第2の圧電部材で前記中空針を搾ることによって、前記液体検体を外に流動させて、微小液滴を形成する。【選択図】図15 |
