Summary:To provide a joint body of two members consisting of dissimilar materials which has high adhesion and high joint reliability, and a method for manufacturing the body.SOLUTION: A joint body 1 comprises: a first member 10 having a joint surface 11 in which a metal part is exposed; and a second member 20 which is joined to a joint surface 11 of the first member 10, and has a thermoplastic polymer and a basic substance, where the metal part has one or more kinds selected from nickel, tin, tin-nickel alloy, tin-bismuth alloy, tin-silver alloy and tin-copper alloy, and the surface of the metal part is processed by polyvalent carboxylic acid. A method for manufacturing a joint body 1 has: a surface treatment process in which solution having polyvalent carboxylic acid is brought in contact with a joint surface 11 in the first member 10 where the metal part is exposed, and dried, by which the surface of the metal part is processed by the polyvalent carboxylic acid; and a press process in which the second member 20 having a thermoplastic polymer and a basic substance which is laminated on the joint surface 11 of the first member 10, and pressed under heating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 異種材料からなる二つの部材の接合体であって、密着性が高く接合信頼性が高い接合体、およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 接合体1は、金属部が露出した接合面11を有する第一部材10と、第一部材10の接合面11に接合され、熱可塑性ポリマーと、塩基性物質と、を有する第二部材20と、を備え、該金属部は、ニッケル、スズ、スズ-ニッケル合金、スズ-ビスマス合金、スズ-銀合金、スズ-銅合金から選ばれる一種以上を有し、該金属部の表面は多価カルボン酸で処理されている。接合体1の製造方法は、第一部材10における金属部が露出した接合面11に、多価カルボン酸を有する溶液を接触させて乾燥することにより、該金属部の表面を該多価カルボン酸で処理する表面処理工程と、第一部材10の接合面11に、熱可塑性ポリマーと、塩基性物質と、を有する第二部材20を積層し、加熱下でプレスするプレス工程と、を有する。【選択図】 図1
