To reduce a likelihood of occurrence of trouble that an amount of developer is made insufficient which is supplied from a conveying screw to a developer carrier.SOLUTION: A developing device is provided with a developing roller 26a (developer carrier) that develops a latent image formed on a surface of a photoreceptor drum 21 (image carrier). The developing device is provided with a first conveying screw 26b1 (conveying screw) that is formed by winding screw parts 26b12 on a shank 26b11, faces the developing roller 26a, and rotates in a predetermined direction to convey developer G in a rotation axis direction as a conveyance direction and supply the developer G to the developing roller 26a. The developing device is provided with bearings 26x that rotatably hold receiving parts 26b11x of the shank 26b11 of the first conveying screw 26b1.
