Summary: | To eliminate a risk of causing stress concentration at a fixing portion with a bracket in an upper case that is deformed by increase in internal pressure of a battery case in conventional fixing structure of a battery case.SOLUTION: In a fixing structure of a battery case: a battery case C fixed under a floor panel FP of a vehicle includes a lower case LC and an upper case UC; a bracket 1 fixing the upper case UC to the floor panel FP includes a support part 1B which passes through the upper case UC to be fixed to the floor panel FP above a base part 1A fixed on the lower case LC side; the upper case UC includes a flange part 7 at a peripheral edge part of a through hole 6 of the support part 1B; a seal member 5 is arranged between the support part 1B and the flange part 7; and a gap S is formed between an undersurface of the floor panel FP and a top edge of the flange part 7. Thereby, stress concentration of the upper case UC is suppressed when the upper case UC is deformed by increase of internal pressure of the battery case C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来のバッテリケースの固定構造では、バッテリケースの内圧上昇により変形したアッパケースにおいて、ブラケットとの固定箇所に応力集中が生じる恐れがあった。【解決手段】車両のフロアパネルFPの下部に固定するバッテリケースCが、ロアケースLCとアッパケースUCを備え、フロアパネルFPにアッパケースUCを固定するブラケット1が、ロアケースLC側に固定する基部1Aの上側に、アッパケースUCを貫通してフロアパネルFPに固定する支持部1Bを備え、アッパケースUCが、支持部1Bの貫通穴6の周縁部にフランジ部7を有し、支持部1Bとフランジ部7との間にシール部材5を介装し、フロアパネルFPの下面とフランジ部7の上端との間に隙間Sを形成した構成により、バッテリケースCの内圧上昇によりアッパケースUCが変形した際、アッパケースUCにおける応力集中を抑制する。【選択図】図1 |
