To provide a fruit pulp remover capable of removing pulp by applying high-pressure jet water and fixing the plant without pressing down the plant by a pressing device.SOLUTION: A fruit pulp remover comprises a holding part 2 provided with a plurality of needle parts 24 for piercing pineapple leaves 6 having long fibers in the pulp, and holding the pineapple leaves 6 by piercing them with the needle parts 24, and a high-pressure jetter 3 for removing the pulp by injecting high-pressure jet water against the pineapple leaves 6 held in the holding part 2. The fibers removed from the pulp by the high-pressure jetter 3 are then lifted by extraction rods 41 provided between a holding element 21 and an adjacent holding element 21 constituting the holding part 2, and the fibers are separated and extracted from a gap between the needles 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】高圧ジェット水を当てて果肉を除去する際に、押圧装置で植物を押圧させることなく植物を固定して、果肉を除去できるようにした果肉除去装置を提供する。【解決手段】果肉の間に長繊維を有してなるパイナップルの葉６を突き刺すための複数の針部２４を備え、パイナップルの葉６を前記針部２４で突き刺さして保持する保持部２と、当該保持部２に保持されたパイナップルの葉６に対して高圧ジェット水を噴射させて果肉を除去する高圧ジェット器３とを備えるようする。そして、高圧ジェット器３で果肉の除去された繊維を、保持部２を構成する保持要素２１と保持要素２１の間に設けられた抽出杆４１によって持ち上げて、針部２４の間から繊維を分離して抽出する。【選択図】図１
