Summary:To provide a technique for preparing a wholly optimized large-scale production and distribution plan which endures practical use within a realistic time at one time.SOLUTION: A production and distribution plan preparation system prepares a production and distribution plan including a production plan of a product and a physical distribution plan of the produced product, the production and distribution plan preparation system including an input information acquisition unit, a problem generation unit, an optimization processing unit, and an output unit. The input information acquisition unit acquires, as input information, production and distribution data and a division parameter. The problem generation unit generates an optimization problem which is a problem to optimize the production and distribution plan on the basis of the acquired input information. The optimization processing unit executes multi-stage optimization processing that solves the generated optimization problem by making the granularity of time, space or processes finer in stages. The output unit outputs the optimized production and distribution plan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】全体が最適化された大規模な生産物流計画を実用に耐える現実的な時間内に一遍に作成可能な技術を提供する。【解決手段】製品の生産計画と、生産された製品の物流計画とを含む生産物流計画を作成する生産物流計画作成システムであって、入力情報取得部と、問題生成部と、最適化処理部と、出力部と、を備える。入力情報取得部は、生産物流データおよび分割パラメータを入力情報として取得する。問題生成部は、取得した入力情報に基づいて、生産物流計画の最適化のための問題である最適化問題を生成する。最適化処理部は、生成された最適化問題を、時間、空間または工程間の粒度を段階的に細かくして解く多段階最適化処理を実行する。出力部は、最適化された生産物流計画を出力する。【選択図】図3
