To provide a low-cost steady rest device of work gondola capable of easily assembling while ensuring a high degree of freedom in installation on external walls in high-rise buildings such as super high-rise condominiums with no need to install large-scale equipment to arrange a series of temporary guide rails from the top floor to the lower floors.SOLUTION: Multiple support members 10 protruding outward from an external wall surface 3 of a building 2 are arranged in a vertical direction of the external wall surface 3, and a guide pole 11 is detachably attached to at least two support members 10. The attachment position of the guide pole 11 in the vertical direction with respect to the external wall surface 3 can be changed by changing the support member 10 for attaching the guide pole 11. The work gondola 4 is arranged so as to go up/down along a lifting wire 6 on the external wall surface 3, and a hook part 12 for connecting the work gondola 4 is attached to the guide pole 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】超高層マンションなどの高層建築物において、最上階から下層階まで仮設ガイドレールを一連に配置する大がかりな装置を設置することなく、簡易に組立ができ、外壁面への設置自由度が高く、かつ安価な作業用ゴンドラにおける振れ止め装置を提供する。【解決手段】建物２の外壁面３から外側に突出する支持部材１０を前記外壁面３の上下方向において複数個配設し、少なくとも２個の支持部材１０に対し前記ガイドポール１１を着脱可能に取付け、ガイドポール１１を取付ける支持部材１０を変更することで、ガイドポール１１の外壁面３に対する上下方向の取付位置を変更し、前記外壁面３において作業用ゴンドラ４を昇降ワイヤ６に沿って昇降可能に備え、前記作業用ゴンドラ４に連結される引掛部１２を前記ガイドポール１１に取付ける。【選択図】図２
