Summary:To provide a system capable of suitably mediating the communication between a driver of a mobile body and a user existing outside the mobile body, an information processing device, the control method thereof, a program, and a storage medium.SOLUTION: An information processing device is an on-vehicle machine 1A or a server device 5 used in a driving speech system mediating the communication between a driver of a target vehicle being a mobile body and an out-of-vehicle terminal 2 existing outside the target vehicle. A control unit of the on-vehicle machine functions as acquisition means, detection means, and display control means. The acquisition means acquires a peripheral photographing image obtained by shooting the periphery of the target vehicle from the target vehicle. The detection means detects a state or an operation of the driver of the target device. The display control means causes the out-of-vehicle terminal to display the image based on the peripheral photographing image according to the state or operation of the driver.
