Summary:To provide an output error detector which can deal with an output error efficiently.SOLUTION: An output error detector according to an embodiment includes a radiation detection unit and an output error detection unit, and detects an output error by an output apparatus including a plurality of elements which can cause an output error in an output result due to entrance of radiation. The radiation detection unit detects at least one of radiation which enters an output apparatus and radiation which went through the output apparatus.
