To provide technology for improving convenience for a plurality of users in a demand-based vehicle operation service.SOLUTION: An operation management device manages an operation of a vehicle which provides demand-based operation service. The operation management device determines operation information including a confirmed boarding/alighting point where the vehicle is confirmed to stop, and calculates addable boarding/alighting frequencies in which additional boarding/alighting points can be added to the confirmed boarding/alighting point in response to reception of a request including the additional boarding/alighting points different from the confirmed boarding/alighting point from a user terminal after the vehicle starts the operation. The additional boarding/alighting points are added to the confirmed boarding/alighting point when the number of additional boarding/alighting points is equal to or fewer than the addable boarding/alighting frequencies, only the same number as the addable boarding/alighting frequencies among the additional boarding/alighting points is added to the confirmed boarding/alighting point, and the confirmed boarding/alighting points closest to each of the remaining additional boarding/alighting points are transmitted to the user terminal as suggested boarding/alighting points when the number of additional boarding/alighting points exceeds the addable boarding/alighting frequencies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】車両のデマンド運行サービスにおいて、複数のユーザに対する利便性を向上させる技術を提供すること。【解決手段】運行管理装置は、デマンド運行サービスを提供する車両の運行を管理する。運行管理装置は、車両が停車することが確定した確定済乗降地点を含む運行情報を決定し、車両が運行を開始した後に、ユーザ端末から確定済乗降地点とは異なる追加乗降地点を含むリクエストを受信したことを受けて、確定済乗降地点に追加乗降地点を追加できる追加可能乗降回数を算出する。追加乗降地点の数が追加可能乗降回数以下の場合は、追加乗降地点を確定済乗降地点に追加し、追加乗降地点の数が追加可能乗降回数を超える場合は、追加乗降地点のうち追加可能乗降回数と同じ数のみを確定済乗降地点に追加し、残りの追加乗降地点のそれぞれに最も近い確定済乗降地点を提案乗降地点としてユーザ端末に送信する。【選択図】図３
