Summary:To provide: a method for producing lithium vanadium oxide crystals that can be energy-saving and have good rate characteristics; lithium vanadium oxide crystals that have good rate characteristics; electrode materials; and electricity storage devices.SOLUTION: A method for producing lithium vanadium oxide crystals includes: a step of preparing water or a water-containing mixture; a step of preparing an aqueous solution adjusted to pH 5 or higher in which a vanadium source and a lithium source are dissolved in the water or the water-containing mixture; and a drying step of evaporating liquid from the aqueous solution to precipitate lithium vanadium oxide crystals.
