To provide a liquid coating device which coats only liquid coating areas in which bread dough etc. are placed in an object to be coated with a liquid to reduce the consumption of the liquid, and enables cleaning of the liquid to be coated only by removing the liquid coated to the liquid coating areas in which bread dough etc. are placed after baking bread to reduce labor and time for cleaning, thereby increasing efficiency.SOLUTION: Multiple liquid coating areas are set at predetermined intervals in a transport direction and a transport orthogonal direction on an object to be coated. Then, an opening is closed by an on-off valve which is operated according to widths and the number of the liquid coating areas, and a liquid is supplied from a liquid tank to a corresponding liquid reservoir between partition plates to be adhered to a rotating coating rotary plate, thereby enabling scattering. An opening/closing member is opened according to the widths of the liquid coating areas with respect to the transport direction in conjunction with transportation of the object to be coated to scatter the liquid through a discharge opening in conjunction with rotation of the coating rotary plate to which the liquid adheres and coat the multiple liquid coating areas with the liquid at the predetermined intervals in the transport direction and the transport orthogonal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】被塗布体においてパン生地等が載置される液体塗布領域にのみ、液体を塗布してその消費量を低減する液体塗布装置を提供する。パン焼成後においては、被塗布体を、パン生地等が載置される液体塗布領域に塗布された液体のみを除去するように洗浄すればよく、洗浄作業の手間と時間を軽減して効率化する液体塗布装置を提供する。【解決手段】被塗布体上において搬送方向及び搬送直交方向に所定の間隔を設けて複数の液体塗布領域を設定し、上記液体塗布領域幅及び数に対応して作動される開閉弁により開口部を閉鎖し、液体槽から対応する隔壁板間の液体溜りに液体を供給して回転する塗布回転板に付着させて飛散可能にする。被塗布体の搬送に伴って搬送方向に対する液体塗布領域幅に応じて開閉部材を開動作して液体が付着した塗布回転板の回転に伴って吐出開口部を介して液体を飛散させて搬送方向及び搬送直交方向に所定の間隔を設けて複数の液体塗布領域に液体を塗布する。【選択図】図１
