To provide a composition capable of exhibiting reduced stickiness while containing a large amount, i.e., 10 mass% or more, of a polyol such as glycerin based on the total mass of the composition.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a composition containing: (a) at least one cationic polymer; (b) at least one non-polymeric acid or a salt thereof having two or more pKa values; (c) at least one polyol; and (d) water, the amount of (c) polyol in the composition being 10 mass% or more based on the total mass of the composition.
